Pittenweem
We took our first trip to the small fishing village of Pittenweem on Saturday. Gammy, the boys and I took the bus down and made a morning of it. It was quite possibly, the quietest town I've ever visited; in Jonah's words "this town is so peaceful" - and it was. We visited a wonderful cafe 'The Cocoa Bean', which as you would guess from the name serves a mean hot chocolate and sells all sorts of chocolate goodies. We then visited the harbor and some galleries before making our way back to 'The Cocoa Bean' for lunch (Jonah's request as they had a great supply of kid's books, games and puzzles). Three of the four of us took a nap on the bus ride home as it was quite the morning.
