St. Mary's is the divinity school that Jim would be studying at if we go the Scotland next year. As one of the faculty mentioned off- handly to Jim "yes, we've been doing theology here since 1523." 
The tree that Jim and Jonah are standing in front of was planted by Mary Queen of Scotts.
While Jim was meeting with his advisor Jonah enjoyed playing with his new SMART car in the courtyard.
